Block Party Kit - Application Form

Please complete the application form below to acquire a Block Party Activity Kit. If you require a road closure, please complete the Road Closure Application form following this questionnaire. 

Block Party Kits will only be issued to Lloydminster residents hosting neighbourhood events. Individuals residing in houses, apartment buildings, condominiums, or senior's complexes may apply. Kits will not be issued for birthday parties, public events, organization/business functions or marketing events.
