You can now pay your Utility Invoices online at any time through Virtual City Hall. Virtual City Hall is the City's self-made tool for customers to view, print and pay invoices online. The platform provides you with 24/7 access to utility account history and current consumption charges.

Paperless e-billing occurs when you receive an emailed version of your bill instead of a paper bill. It contains the same information as your paper bill and can be viewed, downloaded and saved in a PDF format. You can still pay your bill a number of different ways.
Please allow 3 business days to set-up your VCH account. Once completed, you will receive an email response that outlines how to set up your password and log-in. If you do not receive an email, please contact utilities@lloydminster.ca
