Locate Request

Municipal locates are required within the City of Lloydminster for any construction/excavation being performed on public property.

Complete this form to submit public water, sewer, or storm locate request. You are not clear to proceed until all utilities have been located and approved.

It is the applicant(s) responsibility to make sure there is no damage to the located utilities during work, and submitting a request with the City of Lloydminster does not remove that responsibility.

Request is reviewed Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, please allow 3 business days to process your request.
