For Businesses who would like to establish a utility account in their name. A City of Lloydminster Utility Account consists of water, sewer and storm charges.

Previous Balance
Any previous accounts with a balance owing will have to be paid in full prior to establishing any new utiity accounts.
Activation Of Utility Account
Completion of a Utility Account Application and payment of deposit does not guarantee an account will be provided. City of Lloydminster Water Services Staff will confirm the applicant does not have any previous balances owing and that the application is complete with deposit (if applicable) before issuing an account. The City, at their discrection, has the right to refuse a utility account on the above basis.
