I acknowledge that barricades/signs are the property of the City of Lloydminster and shall be returned to the City in the same condition in which they were received. Repairs or alterations of any kind shall not be conducted by the Borrower. I agree and consent that if the barricade/sign is damaged or stolen while in my possession, I shall be charged any costs the City endures to repair or any costs the City endures for the replacement of the barricade/sign.
The Borrower shall be liable to and shall indemnify and hold harmless the City, its employees and agents, from any demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, claims, proceedings, penalties and expenses, including legal costs on a full indemnity solicitor and own client basis, whatsoever that may arise, directly, or indirectly, out of any act or omission of the Borrower, the Borrower's agents, employees, or representatives, in the use of the barricades or participation in the event. The Borrower's obligations to indemnify the City shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
The City shall not be liable or responsible for any bodily or personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever that may be suffered or sustained by the Borrower, its employees or representatives in the use of the barricades/signs or participation in the event.
