PARKING SPACE LEASE AGREEMENT

A parking space lease agreement shall be entered if an individual or company would like to rent out a parking space from the City of Lloydminster.

The City of Lloydminster parking lots are located downtown at the following addresses: 5013-5017 48 Street, 5015-5017 48 Street and 4825 50 Street. These parking lots do not have electricity.

A standard Lease Agreement is for a three (3) year term. Either party may terminate the lease agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice.

Monthly rates:

2024- $39.45
2025- $40.24
2026- $41.04
2027-$41.86
