Encroachment in the Road Right of Way

Application Fee

In accordance with Policy No. 120-08, every License of Occupation Encroachment shall be accompanied by an annual fee of $200 prior to consideration of the application for the use of the Road Right of Way. Payment can be made to the Cashier at City Hall located at 4420-50 Avenue, Lloydminster, Alberta or by telephone at 780-875-6184 ext. 2129. 

Collection and Use of Personal Information:

Your name, mailing address, phone number, email address are collected under the authority of section 25 of the Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This information will be used for the purpose of administering the license of occupation application. Encroachment Information

The maximum duration for a License of Occupation is for a two (2) year term, invoiced annually.
