Eligibility:Nominees must be employees who actively engage in partnership-building efforts, working across organizations to strengthen programs, improve access to resources, and foster cooperative solutions.
Selection Criteria:Nominees will be evaluated based on the following:
Commitment to Collaboration – Actively seeks and nurtures partnerships that enhance services, demonstrating a willingness to share knowledge, resources, and expertise.
Innovative Problem-Solving – Develops creative solutions and new approaches to address challenges, leveraging partnerships to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Impact on Client Outcomes – Plays a key role in improving the quality and accessibility of services through strategic collaboration, leading to tangible benefits for clients and communities.
Breaking Down Barriers – Identifies and addresses systemic obstacles to partnership and service delivery, advocating for seamless coordination between organizations.
Leadership & Influence – Inspires others to work together, fosters a culture of cooperation, and serves as a role model for teamwork and collective impact.
