Downtown Lloydminster Facade Improvement Grant

As an initiative of the Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan (DARP), the Facade Improvement Grant aims to enhance the overall attractiveness within Lloydminster's downtown core. 

This grant is regulated by the Downtown Area Redevelopment Committee and specific eligibility requirements. Please refer to the Guidelines for the Downtown Facade and Building Improvement Program for more information.

Important Reminders:

• Applications will be accepted as of April 1, 2023
• Please review the DARP program guidelines prior to applying. 
• Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact economy@lloydminster.ca prior to applying to fully understand the qualifications and grant criteria. Pre-application meetings may be scheduled. 

Required Documents:

Once started, this application cannot be saved and returned to. To complete it, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Pre-construction photos
• Title (within 45 days)
• Corporate Certificate (Provincial Business Registration)
• Letter of Authorization (building owners can just re-upload the title)
• Façade drawings
• Contractor estimates
