Welcome to the City of Lloydminster Online Business Licence Application.
This application will review your proposed business activities to determine all City approvals required to operate your business. Information for how your business intends to operate, ownership details, and in most cases, specific documentation will be required to make the application.
Your personal information will be collected under the authority of Section 25 of the Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Information will only be used to administer the Business Licence application.
If you have any questions during the process, we are available during business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday via email businesslicence@lloydminster.ca or by phone at 780-875-6184 ext. 2123.
Throughout this application process, you may be asked to upload supporting documents. If you do not have the documents at this time, you may complete the form without uploading them. However, providing the supporting documents at this time will help expedite the application process.

- Land Owner Approval
- Condo Board Approval
- Affidavit of Signing Authority
Once this application has been submitted, you will be contacted when your Business Licence has been approved.
